- morgan buchoux Added 2017-09-26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked 2 rooms on the phone a week ago for my friend and I, gave all our informations (credit card/phone/address...). When we arrived (after waiting 15 min for someone to help us) the person in the office told us that the hotel was fully booked. He realized after he booked us on the phone that the rooms were already taken thru the online booking system but did not take the time to contact us to cancel our reservation.
This little "mistake" after our 6hours drive will cost us 300$ because of course most of the places in town are fully booked (sam steel festival this weekend).
Hope it won't happened to anyone of you ...
